Moorpark Country Days Parade and Street Fair
October 6th at 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
"Country Days is a time-honored tradition that begins with the cheers and waves of hundreds of families and friends as the parade makes its way along Historic High Street. Immediately following the parade is a good old fashion street fair featuring local vendors, crafts, entertainment, a children’s village, and overall just plain fun." from Moorpark Country Days Website: http://www.moorparkcountrydays.com/
Moorpark Country Days takes place on Historic High Street in Moorpark, between Moorpark Avenue and Spring Rd.
Join other TOPG members in photographic the parade and the street fair that follows. Look for Karen Kohn who will be wearing a black and white hat and carrying a camera. Look for other TOPG members as well. There is no organized meetup point.
Wear sunscreen, bring water, extra batteries and memory cards. Wide angle and medium-range telephoto lenses would be useful.
There will be places to purchase food.
To participate in this or any TOPG sponsored field trip, you must be an active TOPG member and register for each sponsored event. Find out more about specific field trips at our Meetup page.
